In order to secure your reservation, we will need to receive a "Booking Deposit" of 3 nights stay, plus tax. If your stay will be 3 weeks or more, or during the holiday season, the "Booking Deposit" would be 5 nights stay, plus tax. The balance of the room rate, plus tax, and a $600 security/damage deposit is due 120 days prior to check-in.
